1. Shipping Times
Normally, shipping takes a maximum of 1-4 business days from the package's shipping date. In exceptional cases, the waiting time may be longer.
2. Order Status
As soon as your goods leave our store, you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email containing a tracking link that you can use to check the status of your order online.
3. Courier
CappellettoShop partners with GLS and SDA for shipments within Italy, and DHL for international shipments.
4. Express Delivery Method
For almost all locations in Italy, CappellettoShop offers an express delivery service. The package will be delivered via GLS or DHL courier within 1-2 days of shipment (depending on your postal code). The exact delivery date and cost will be shown during the order confirmation phase, where you can select the "express delivery" option.
- Express delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- If the desired item is available and the order is placed by 13:00, delivery will occur within 1/2 working days after the order (only with immediate payment).
- For express delivery, the following payment methods can be used: credit card, Scalapay, and PayPal. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, the shipment will only take place upon receipt of the credit in our current account.
- You can check the status of your express delivery at any time using the tracking code received in the email.
- Shipping cost Italy: €8 for orders under €200; free for orders over €200.
- CappellettoShop reserves the right to ask the customer to pay extra shipping costs if the package exceeds the standard dimensions of 65 x 35 x 14 cm (for the purchase of more than one item).
5. Where do we ship?
We ship throughout Italy and worldwide (no Russia, New Zealand, Canada, Turkey, Ukraine).
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping
Please note that for Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments, you are required to select the COD shipping option, which costs €10. Cash on delivery is only available for orders shipped within Italy.
We ask our valued customers to confirm and accept the cost of COD shipping by replying to the email sent.
7. Lost Package/Delivery with Reservation/Damaged Package
If you do not receive the goods within one week of the shipping confirmation email, please notify our customer service via our email address or by calling customer service at +39 392 5672064.
Upon receipt of the package, the customer must immediately check the integrity of the package, and if it appears damaged or opened, they must immediately report it to the courier, signing with reservation. Our packages clearly have a CAPPELLETTOSHOP adhesive tape on the outside: its integrity must be verified. Cappelletto company is not responsible for any thefts that have not been reported immediately to the courier (i.e., at the time of delivery) and that are not documented with photographs showing the non-integrity of the received package and missing goods. CappellettoShop will not be liable in case of acceptance of packages that have CappellettoShop as the sender but are sealed with adhesive tape other than the one branded with our logo!
In the event that the package delivered by the courier shows anomalies or apparent damage, the acceptance with reservation must clearly indicate the reason why it is being raised with the courier (for example: damaged packages; tampered packages; packages sealed with personalized tape different from the company's, etc.). The indication of the reason for the reservation is indeed a relevant condition for being able to take appropriate action against the courier. We remind you in this regard that a generic acceptance with reservation, without specifying the reason, is without any value for the purposes of any possible action intended to be taken against the courier.
8. Multiple Shipments
- If the purchase was successful, you will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION email. If you do not receive it, please check your SPAM folder!
- When your package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email from which you can track your order.
10. Where we do not deliver and remote area surcharge
Due to the malfunction of import returns from Canada and New Zealand, we are forced to no longer accept purchases from these countries. Furthermore, we are not allowed to ship to Russia and Belarus.
Remote areas: shipping cost surcharges may be requested if extra costs are applied by the courier for sending goods to remote areas, even for the Exchange service.
11. In-Store Pickup
We kindly ask our customers that orders placed with the In-Store Pickup option be collected at the selected location within one week of the order date, and only from Monday to Friday. Excludes Saturday and Sunday (customer service not active).
12. Extra-EU Shipments and Customs Duties
For all shipments destined for Extra-EU countries, any customs duties, taxes, local VAT, and other import costs are the responsibility of the customer, according to the regulations in force in the destination country. These amounts are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping costs indicated at the time of order and will eventually be requested by local customs authorities upon delivery of the goods.
We therefore invite the customer to verify in advance any applicable costs and restrictions in their own country.
